
Michelle Koprow studied theater at the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz (graduation 2019: Bachelor of Arts). Currently she is doing her Masters degree in applied theater studies at the Justus-Liebig-University Gießen. Before her studies she worked as a performer (two years) and as a directors assistant (one year) at the theater group Lokstoff in Stuttgart. When she started studying she did a stage direction internship at the state theater of Mainz and afterwards worked as an production assistant for the video perfomance artist Mila Hundertmark for two years. She also performed at her performance Fragmente 3 at the Kunsthalle Darmstadt. In 2016 she developed a performance within her studies in cooperation with the state theater and the University of Applied Sciences Mainz. x Schritte was her first independent production. Its performance was shown at the performance art depot Mainz, the Landungsbrücken Frankfurt, the International Women* Theater-Festival Frankfurt and the Online Performance Arts Festival. The short movie with the same name premiered at Peng – Association for the support of art, design and communication in Mainz and was shown at multiple international festivals or within exhibitions, along others in Sicily, Italy, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, or in Boston, USA. The installation x Schritte was created for the exhibition Abriss at Peng Mainz and was invited to be exhibited at the festival ArtSpace Bremerhaven. In 2019 Michelle performed in the video performance Am Ende wird alles gut und das ist dann der Anfang by Mila Hundertmark which was shown within the festival Den Bogen spannen – 100 Jahre Darmstädter Sezession. For two years she worked as the artistic director of the theatre project Meschugge which shall sensitize adolescents on antisemitism and premiered at the TITANIA Theater Frankfurt in 2021. Her new lecture performance Taxischein in Regelstudienzeit premiered in 2022 at the Landungsbrücken Frankfurt. Currently she is working on different projects with the group andpartnersincrime.

Laura-Marie Preßmar studied theater at the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz (graduation 2019: Bachelor of Arts). From 2017 to 2019 she worked as an assistant for the performance group Schmitt&Schulz at the performance art depot Mainz where she supported the International Performance Festival in organization and execution. Before that she did a stage direction internship at the state theater Darmstadt and supported the video performance artist Mila Hundertmark as an intern and performer during her performance installation Fragmente which was shown at the Kunsthalle Darmstadt. In 2016 she developed a performance within her studies in cooperation with the state theater and the University of Applied Sciences Mainz. x Schritte was her first independent production. Its performance was shown at the performance art depot Mainz, the Landungsbrücken Frankfurt, the International Women* Theater-Festival Frankfurt and the Online Performance Arts Festival. Symposium nach „Der Müll, die Stadt und der Tod“ at Schauspiel Frankfurt. Her new lecture performance Taxischein in Regelstudienzeit premiered in 2022 at the Landungsbrücken Frankfurt. Currently she is working as an assistant for the choreographer Joana Tischkau.
